ILIOTIBIAL BAND STRETCH  is amazing.  It helps stretch the IT band to help increase the length and releases tension.  Great for runners.

PASSIVE/RESTRICTED STRETCH stretches the femoral neck.  Helps to open hip flexors, and lengthens the illiacus muscle, in turn helps you gain better range of motion.
